STONEFIRE NAAN PIZZA RECIPE

Here is a recipe that is sure to save you some money and time! So I am type of person that loves 30 minute meals because they are quick and easy, plus the simple clean up! So to start off, naan is basically Indian bread, but making it is a very complicated process, because if not done right, then it doesn't taste very good. I came across Stonfire Naan a while ago, and had tried them with family. We tried eating it with other curries and it was pretty good after heating them on the pan for a few minutes.

However, there is another way to enjoy this, Naan Pizza! It is another easy way to make pizza without all the frustration and clean up. Stonefire Naan bread, and flatbreads can be found at your local grocery store, like Kroger etc. I picked up the medium size naan bread for personal size, but there are bigger ones too. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!

Recipe:

Stonefire Naan ( medium or large )

Pizza Sauce ( store bought, either Prego, pasta sauce also works)

Your favorite vegetables ( I used green peppers, mushrooms, halved cherry tomatos, onion, banana peppers, basil leaves)

Meat (optional)

Pizza Cheese Mixture

Olive oil

This can be done with either microwave or oven. If you have an oven, pre-heat it to 400 F. While heating, lay aluminum foil on the baking tray (this makes it easy for clean up). Spray olive oil on the aluminum foil so the naan does not stick. Place the naan and spread pizza sauce on the naan, leave some space for crust. Spread some pizza cheese mixture and place your vegetables in whatever manner. Over the vegetables, sprea some more cheese to your liking. Spray a bit more olive oil over the pizza. Place in the oven and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Bake to crispyness up to your liking!

And that is all there is too! Hope you like it! :)
